Classic curry of wild ginger, lemongrass, galangal, fresh kaffir lime leaf and coconut.
Poor soft-shell crab. Everyone picking on it.
The bits of crab are crispy on the outside, but on the inside, they're like fish, but much mushier, and with a minimal seafood flavour.
The curry is a fairly straightforward ginger flavour, and there are really no other tastes here.
With toasted ginger crumble and vanilla ice cream.
Does every Sri Lankan love cake?
This is a large piece of cake, with a ginger flavour. That's about it. That same piece of cake isn't really enhanced by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and the surrounding berries are just decoration.
I'm not feeling the love from this cake.
