European
This is probably Adelaide's fanciest normal restaurant.
Lenzerheide is uncharacteristically full tonight. I'll come back in twenty minutes. Someone will have left by then.
On Waymouth Street. This place seems to be very popular with business types. I almost always overhear numerous conversations involving large amounts of money here.
On Rundle St, in the oost ende of the city.
There are tiny "one piece" tapas dishes, and regular small tapas dishes. I order two of each.
I'm recommended the tapas.
My Diet Coke tastes like rotting fruit, so I enquire about its vintage.
Another drive into the hills.
This place is a rather imposing house, on its own land. The place is a warren of rooms. I explore a little bit, and find the waitress.
I'm seated next to the fire. :)
The third restaurant in my Top 5.
This restaurant is very much on the fancy side. You can tell how fancy a restaurant is by how close the tables are to each other.
One of Adelaide's most prestigious restaurants. Full of well-heeled 50-somethings.
Numerous restaurants are randomly not open yet, for the new year. Luckily this place is right next to Bistro Dom, which is closed.
