Italian
As part of my new cycle, I'll be including a few "second chance" places. This is places that deserve a second look, not places that are just crap.
At the famous Amalfi. We used to go here when I was smaller, and ate less pizza.
The room is packed with diners. There's a loud hubbub, just from the density of people in here.
After a long drive, and twenty minutes driving up and down Uley Road, I'm finally here.
I hadn't noticed this place before. The decor is to an unusually high spec for Adelaide. I'm reclining on a faux crocodile skin bench
Parlamento is opposite the casino. I've been here a few times before, must often in search of feed, after going to a series of other restaurants nearby, only to find they don't exist.
On the River Torrens, on War Memorial Drive. Underneath the excellent Red Ochre restaurant.
Currently my top restaurant, with my previous visits having scores of 9/9 and 6/7.
Parking is difficult here, because the place is ensconced in the Entertainment Centre.
The boss welcomes me back. I'm a very memorable customer. :)
The first restaurant in The Feed Report Top 20. Probably the fanciest Italian restaurant in Adelaide.
Waitress recognises me. Not bad after a gap of several months since my previous single visit. :)
