2014-2017 Cycle
"Are you with Channel 10, sir?"
Me: "No."
"There's a Channel 10 function out the back."
Paparazzi. They were probably tailing me all the way here.
For a place that looks like a simple seaside cafe, it's actually quite expensive (and fairly good.) Main courses average above $30. One other customer walks out after looking at the menu.
I haven't booked, so I'm forced to sit at a table for five people. :)
1877? I hope that's not the price. :|
It was a long drive up here to Modbury. Other than a few at Port Adelaide, there are almost no fancy restaurants north of the CBD.
Seated by the big open window. Very seaside.
I've been to Vileroy before, and found it did not live up to its name. The food was not vile, and there was no one called Roy here. (I did ask.)
This balcony also has a roof, and walls. More importantly, it also contains feed. (Most balconies do not contain feed.)
Oops went to a hotel, in the city, on Friday night. Music is loud, and the place is packed. There are noisy tables free near the bar, but I've taken my chances outside, in the beer garden. It's quite nice out here.
At the Stirling Hotel, in the centre of Stirling.
This place prides itself on its friendly atmosphere and lack of pokies
This is probably Adelaide's fanciest normal restaurant.
Lenzerheide is uncharacteristically full tonight. I'll come back in twenty minutes. Someone will have left by then.
