2015 Cycle
One of the last few (decent) fancy restaurants I haven't been to.
It's unusually large for a fancy restaurant. It could easily pass for a suburban $10 slop-house.
This restaurant does not possess an unusual amount of tranquility. There is a mild hubbub here, punctuated by some annoying laughs.
It is a bit coldo, however.
I wasn't planning to come here tonight. I drove to Stirling, but my intended restaurant had a sign out the front, reading "Private Function".
The bad news is that my major source of visitors—Urbanspoon— has been absorbed into the "Zomato" conglomerate. :| The good news is that Zomato's list of restaurants has some that Urbanspoon didn't have.
A few places down the road is the "Grand Chifley". I'm at the presumably less salubrious "Chifley". :|
The Stirling Hotel is now a complex of restaurants and bars, varying in salubriousness. I'm told I can sit wherever I like.
I'm not sure that a waiter is coming. :| Halp!
Apparently this is a northern Italian restaurant. I thought that bit was Switzerland. :|
This is my fifth visit to George's. I'm limiting myself to six visits to a restaurant now. After six visits, I've eaten everything good from the menu, and I find myself eating their worst food. :)
Up at West Lakes. There's a man playing the piano, which is actually very rare at restaurants.
I checked. The Treasurer isn't in right now. :( I wanted to talk about instant-writeoff for my dinner. :)
