2015 Cycle
Orana is the wackiest and most interesting restaurant I've been to. On my last visit, I didn't like a lot of the food, but it was a fascinating experience for a feedie like me. :)
On my way here, I follow a giant rat that's made a home in a drain. If times get tough, I'll go back and revisit him.
All the couches are occupied by glamorous women. I ask the waitress what's going on. She tells me, unofficially, that she thinks there's a Miss Universe event on here.
This place doesn't have a high rating on Urbanspoon, but it's incredibly popular. At 2 King William Road, it's diagonally opposite Parliament.
Unlike Shrek, who is a green ogre, Red Ochre is a restaurant specialising in native cuisine.
The waitress welcomes me back.
This place used to be Chianti Classico. Now it's less classic. Just "Chianti". Probably got tired of all the "classic" gags.
I'm seated outside, with the rabble, and other people who didn't book.
Unlike the fictional dog Benji, Kenji is an avant-garde Japanese restaurant at the south end of Hutt Street.
After attending a restaurant with a locked door, chairs on its tables, and no service, I've had to make other plans.
Tonight, FEED WITH FRIENDS!
Friends have randomly decamped to a restaurant, which happens to be fancy enough for me. They will bear witness to my expert feedings.
